Iranian Chocolat

'The Fish Fall in Love' is a shining movie and memorable Iranian film. It tells a story about a man named Aziz who returns to his homeland after about 22 years in order to sell his father's home and gardens. But when he arrives home, faces a restaurant which is owned by his beloved girl, Atiyeh. Atiyeh and her colleagues believe that Aziz will sell the home/restaurant and they have to go out of there. But Aziz doesn't want to do that and after 22 years in prison for political issues and living out of country, needs a new life, new love...

'The fish...' is similar to 'Chocolat' (stunning movie with starring Johnny Depp and Juliette Binoche and directed by Lasse Hallstrom). It's about eating and falling in love! First time I watched the movie in Fajr Film Festival last year and in my opinion the fish... was the best Iranian movie in the festival. After the movie's premier, Ali Rafiei (the movie's director who is a master in Iran's stage and it's his first appearance in cinema) told a sentence by Marx. Marx says that people are in two ways; some that eat their food with no passion and the others who do that passionately, the second group are successful in love. The entire movie is based on this sentence.

Reza Kianian plays as Aziz and Roya Nonahali stars as Atiyeh. Golshifteh Farahani, Maryam Saadat, Mehdi Pakdel and others play in the movie. I recommend the movie, but after your dinner or lunch because it's full of Iranian delicious foods and a hungry man will die during watching this movie! I give it four stars out of five (4 / 5).

Long time no see! Hello hamidreza! I'm madly in love with all delicious foods, but I don't remember the last time I was full of beans, how can someone like me eat passionately?
You know, a muslim must try to make sure his meals are islamiclly slaughtered, being successful in a non-islamic love has got gonah, I think.
