Lost in NY

Wow! 'Madagascar' is the best 3D animation of DreamWorks I've ever seen and I have to say that this movie is much better than Shreks and Shark Tale. The characters are so funny and they have been animated very well. The main problems of DW animations are their stories and characters (designing and animating) but Madagascar does not have them. Of course this is not as well as Pixar's (such as Finding Nemo and The Incredibles) but if you remember Shrek you will be agree with me that Madagascar is a good and successful experience for DW.

The movie is about 4 animals of the New York's Central Park Zoo - a zebra, a hippo, a lion and a giraffe - who try to leave the city. But because of some accidents, they reach Madagascar Island, in the heart of wild world and animals. It's their first experience in the wild world, where they haven't been before.

The movie is directed by Eric Darnell and Tom McGrath with the voices of Chris Rock, Ben Stiller and Jada Pinkett Smith.
I give this animation three and half stars out of five. (3.5/5)
