Mommy's here!

'The Amityville Horror' was one of the worst horror films I've ever seen. I suppose to correct my previous sentence because it was not horror or scary movie and its story had nothing to scare you. The movie has nothing interesting and the script cannot frighten you because it lacks suspense and with some dropping blood and a little girl in darkness nobody would be scared or I don't know anybody who would!
Do you remember my opinion about Gothika? I must confess that I prefer to watch Halle Berry in that awful movie to see some people screaming with no reason in Amityville!

In the middle of the movie, one of the characters tells another one "mommy's here, don't be scared" or something like this. The main and very important thing for a successful horror movie is to make you miss your mother but during the minutes of watching The Amityville... you feel your mother is next to you!
I give this movie just half star out of five. (0.5 / 5)
